Welcome Our Purpose We are a Christian Community where God's people come together to worship, nurture one another, enjoy fellowship together, and provide outreach to our community and to the world.
Jesus is Lord! He has been Lord from the beginning! He will be Lord at the end! Even now, He is Lord! (From A Declaration of Faith, PCUSA)
In the hearing of this good news, God calls us as individuals and as a church to live, in the pattern of Jesus Christ, a life wholly committed to God and wholly committed to our fellow human beings.
In response to this call, we are committed to:
1. The worship and praise of God.
2. Life together as sisters and brothers in Jesus Christ, practicing the disciplines of prayer and the study of the Bible and our Christian heritage.
3. Telling the good news about Jesus Christ to all people, inviting them to come and be a part of our common life.
4. The giving of self and resources to the needs of our neighbors through promoting self-help, social justice, and community cooperation.
We believe this statement is a true reflection of our present task as a church of Jesus Christ. We acknowledge the necessity for continuing evaluation in this changing society.
